That’s why you will find a knowledge course on motivation in the Kaia Health app. We have also put together some tips in the Kaia Blog that can help motivate you to train regularly with the Kaia Health app.
You can set up reminder notifications to help you establish a routine and stay motivated. Please go to the “progress” section and “training schedule”. Here you can mark the days of the week you would like to be reminded of your Kaia training.
You can also contact your Kaia Coach directly in the Kaia Coach Chat. Your coach will be happy to help you build a routine that is best for you.
