Movement training: When you start your program, we will tailor your movement training based on the information you provided during your initial questionnaires. At the end of each daily session you have the opportunity to give feedback on the exercises that you have completed. This is where you will indicate whether the exercises were too easy, just right, or too difficult. This feedback will be used to modify the level of difficulty. In addition, you can customize the length of each workout by adjusting the amount of training rounds that are presented to you.
Knowledge + Relaxation program: You can adjust your Daily program by enrolling or disenrolling in the knowledge and relaxation courses. Please go to the “Progress” tab, then “settings” in the top right corner. In the Settings section you will go to “course enrollment” and then click on the desired course.
How much time do I have to plan for the implementation of the respective Kaia courses?
In your daily program, the duration for the respective training day and for the respective courses is displayed.
Kaia movement course: Depending on the level of difficulty and number of training rounds, 5 to 20 minutes
Kaia relaxation course:
Breathing: approx. 5 minutes
Progressive muscle relaxation: 5 to 15 minutes
Kaia Knowledge Course: In general, a knowledge course can last anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes. The content is provided in a variety of formats: some units consist of pure text, others contain videos. With many units, you have the option to choose specialization modules and thus decide for yourself how much you want to read on a particular topic. Your reading speed will also determine how long it takes to complete a learning module.
