When you complete your Kaia training program is entirely up to you.
Studies have shown that exercising at the same time of day increases the likelihood of sticking to it, and boosts motivation to continue as this creates a routine 1-3. Many of our users have had the best results by setting a fixed time of the day for their exercises. This can make it easier to stay consistent, especially as you are getting started.
However, training at the same time daily is not as important as overall consistency. Just try out a time of day that you think you can best integrate your Kaia training into your everyday life. You can use the reminder function of the Kaia Health app to help you complete the Kaia training regularly. To do this, go to the “progress” tab and go to “training schedule”. Here you can mark the days to the week on which you would like to be reminded of your Kaia training. You can find out more about motivation in this article from our Kaia blog.
