The Kaia Health app was developed to enable you to incorporate holistic training at home. To reap the most benefit, the most important part is creating a habit that you can sustain. You have the ability to split up the different courses throughout your day and decide when you want to fit them in. For example; this may mean you utilize the movement exercises in the morning and your relaxation and knowledge units in the evening.
Many of our users have had success including their Kaia Health training program in the morning right after getting up, however, this is entirely up to you. Deciding how to integrate the Kaia Health training into your life depends mostly on figuring out what will help you to follow through and devoting your attention to your program during that time.
The following tips can help you to create a regular training routine.
1.) Creating a concrete plan: For example, you can make a plan to do your exercises at 8 am every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Make sure you have your yoga mat ready. The more specific your plan is, the better. To set the number of training days you want to do each week, please go to the “plan” tab to make the appropriate changes via the “edit plan” button.
2.) Setting realistic goals: Making small changes, step by step, generally works best. If you haven’t exercised in a long time, start with only one or two exercises a week and gradually increase to slowly build up.
3.) Don't forget - Reward yourself: Don’t put too much pressure on yourself if you missed one or two sessions. Just pick up where you left off and treat yourself to a small reward for your work.
